We've used CJ Mechanical several times over the years. Charlie is always responsive and does great work. Gives you all your options, without trying to oversell. He's saved us on the hottest days, once spending hors in the pouring rain to get our AC up and running, and replaced our heater over a holiday weekend. Very fair prices. I recommend CJ Mechanical very highly and would never use anyone else.

Commented: HVAC Installation IssuesYour best bet since going the cheapest route would be to get an other hvac co to come in and evaluate the problem.

Commented: New propane boiler has strong propane smell.Check that the gas valve was converted and adjusted properly by the installing co. Often the furnaces and boiler may come in natural gas set up and installing company must install a propane kit.

Commented: Reduce noise & vibration from HVAC system ?Noisy ductwork/equipment = bad duct design,fan speed not set properly, high static pressure on the fan unit. undersized ducts. I would do a static pressure test to determine the next step.

Commented: Need help figuring out a make-up air system to installI have installed this type made by Broan. Pressure switch connects to kitchen hood and closed when sensing hood on. opens damper letting outside air into space or connected to return duct.
