For 18 years Imperial Flooring has been a full service floor covering store providing free in home consulting and estimating, personalized sales, service, and in-home installation. The Imperial Team was a joy to work with from start to finish. Their workmen were prompt, polite, excellent at their craft and the team back at the Imperial office was very responsive. We couldn't be more pleased.

We had two of our basement bedrooms with water problems this past summer. Imperial Flooring Inc. did an excellent job of restoring them...spending time discussing what would be the best approach to avoid future problems, assisting us in choosing new flooring, and doing a great job in the whole restoration process. As our son and his family were coming from Kauai to visit in a few weeks after the flooding, Imperial Flooring made an extra effort to have everything done by their arrival even though they were very busy. Everyone in the office was so friendly, efficient and helpful, and the owner of the company made sure everything was done with perfection! We would recommend them highly!

My kitchen flooring (bought from Imperial Flooring 9 years ago) had a rip in it due to repair on my oven, Imperial Flooring. Imperial Flooring came out and repaired my floor so efficiently and professionally that I cannot even tell where they changed the flooring.

Imperial Flooring recently did the floor in my bathroom with an Armstrong tile. After doing some price comparisons around Bismarck I was pleasantly surprised to see the estimate from your store was the lowest! The install went off without a hitch and I was so impressed with the result that I chose you to do the floors in my kitchen/dining area and landing. Again I was totally delighted with the new tile and the look is updated and just what I wanted. The installers were both very professional and respectful of me and my home. I could easily give Imperial Flooring four stars and highly recommend them to others.

I actually started looking at competitor. By the time the competitor got back to me, I made my 1st contact with Imperial Flooring, they measured the area, brought out suggestions, and ordered the product. Imperial Flooring are so genuinely kind and nice. Jeremy made reality check suggestions and then Libby - oh wonderful Libby came out. She was so patient and helped me through one of those big purchases that you really have to get right. She is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so impressed with Imperial Flooring! My floors are beautiful! I needed to replace my kitchen, dining room and hallway. John came, explained the process, and got to work! He was here two days, cleaned up after, and my new floors are stunning! Everyone who comes in asks where I got the floor, I let them know Imperial Flooring! The project was done a couple weeks ago, and it was under $3,000!
