I have never tried cutting my watermelon into sticks. Looks like fun. This week I tried my first yellow watermelon. I placed the bowl in front of my brother knowing that he would assume it was pineapple. You had to see his face 🤣 It is a mind trip. LOL

This is a picture of a childhood friend. I was taking a photography class at Berkeley learning how to develop and print black and white pictures. This was in the mid '70's. We were visiting friends in Taos, NM.

I did not take this, but it's just too cute not to share. My neighbor successfully reunited mom and babies yesterday. Momma is old and really couldn't jump the fence. The babies were where mom left them, in a yard where the gate is open. She just forgot about that part and was frantic to get to the kids. She is a tame deer (I know that isn't good but the neighbors feed her) so my neighbor was able to talk her into following her around the front of the house and down the driveway to the backyard where she saw the open gate and her youngsters inside. Amazing!

^ that is cool. But it is a reminder that you really can't believe everything you see anymore. Maybe that is a good thing. Gets you to think for yourself.
