Normally when asked this question I am all about the rich colors of Fall. After months of looking out my kitchen window and seeing nothing but dirt and or snow I am loving the abundance of summer. I am also having a blast watching the hollyhocks bloom for the first time. I collected the seeds from an abandoned lot so had no idea what would pop up. So fun to see all the beauty.

swee' pea, my second dane. she lived outside for 3 years before i adopted her from rescue. she quickly learned how to do the "dane sit". it took her a little longer to figure out the concept of actually laying on the couch.
