My idea is to find an attorney and get some advice. Your conversations with the attorney in that relationship should be private and protected unless you are planning a crime as a solution.

If it involves your husband, you can call your local domestic violence agency-confidentiality and discretion are a priority in the field. There is probably a Crisis Clinic hotline available too, and they also are confidential. I don’t think you have to even identify yourself to either type agency If they request a name jjust make one up. They both keep records (but not recordings) of calls that they can refer to if someone calls back, so they can keep track of advice given or resources referred to,
