“…overlap two so we have one to hug when we cry.” It does help.💕 It’s heartbreaking to lose them, especially so early. We lost Buddy when he was 12. Cavs can definitely be more couch potato-ish. They just want to be with you. I could never make eye contact with Buddy when I’d leave the house. His ”Where are you going?” look was just too hard.😞

A really cool, intact snakeskin in our front yard. It apparently had just shed that morning because it was fully intact including the head. I had never found one before that included the head skin. Think it was the rat snake that hangs out around our yard, or could be a king snake. We have both.
