I make it like many Italians make dough. Easy. No knead.

300g flour,

1 sachet of yeast

Salt

210g water. Mix it all together with a spoon. Cover and leave 30 minutes.

Drizzle oil over the surface, fold over itself 3 or 4 times and leave again 20 mins. Repeat. Put in a small baking tin and drizzle with oil again. Leave 20 mins. Poke holes with your fingers, drizzle again with oil, sprinkle with salt and cook 180°C for about 15 mins.

I use the same recipe for pizza.

That looks really good, I never tried bread in the airfryer. Do you also bake the pizza in the airfyer?
