Puffed and popped favorites?

What kind of popped kernels or seeds, besides popcorn, do you like?


My current favorite is puffed waterlily seeds. Those have to be seasoned, however. It's the size and crunch they bring.


Puffed quinoa is another favorite, though one must watch that they don't get damp and lose their crunch. They do have a lovely toasty flavor.


Popped sorghum is nice, though usually made in sweetened flavors. I find popcorn more satisfying.
