So cute.

That was adorable. And I seemed to be seeing some somewhat well trained and socialized dogs too 😊

👏🏻🥰👍🏻!!!

that was so adorable!

❤️❤️❤️

The shot of all those good dogs siting in the bus is my fave part, I think 🙂

We used to take our dog to a place something like that when we took trips. Our dog would be there for weeks at a time and loved it.

The woman who ran it had very large paved and grassy areas in the yard, full of dog toys. She only took large dogs who were well trained and reliably friendly/non-aggressive with other dogs (other than for play). New customers needed to spend a few days for supervised observation before she'd accept one.

She had large rooms in her house full of dog beds and sofas for the dogs to sleep on. They were unsupervised at night but she was in the house and would hear if there were any issues. To my knowledge, there never were.

There were "day campers" and "sleepover campers". Going to pick up our dog presented a scene as in the video, just like picking up one's kid at a preschool when everyone playing outside lined up quietly at a chain link fence. It was very cute.

I Am So OLD! This is completely WEIRD to me. (Which is why it's 'funny'.)

I could never have imagined the scope of the financial empire that is Pets.

I agree, chisue, and there are a number of other booming sectors I never would've expected as well - like nail salons and all those intricate nail creations.

Shameless plug: a family friend in rural VA has a dog kennel/camp called Doolittle's. Her husband tolerates it, and likes to joke about how dog-crazy she is 😁
