Now I'm beginning to have serious concerns about my mental status. I did get all the 'regular' puzzle right, so there is that. And even though I looked at the bonus and saw the two words, 'hand' and 'hen', never once did I come even close to changing 'hen' to 'bird'. In my own defense, I will say that while I did grow up on a farm, we never EVER referred to our hens (and we often had a lot of them!) as 'birds'. They were chickens! Rusty

4. Paradox: Ugh yes we did gave that in the para puzzle. In addition to “doctor doctor” that others had, I considered ”second degree,” ”two degrees,” etc. 6. No two ways about it: I was so close. had the “about it” part but the best I had was ”knows about it.” I knew it was wrong. 8. You are full of baloney: Ok this one I’m annoyed about. I moved too far away from the actual words and had ”up to your knees in cr4p.” I didn’t like it but people were laughing so I talked myself into it. Rest I got. Not too bad. Sometimes I don’t like the variety but this one was fun!

@murraysmom Zone 6a OH - No, Bran is not the answer - it’s Raisin Bran! The ”clue” is the raised N. That was the idea that ”floated” up to me after mulling it over most of my day. @roxsolid - my ’floated up’ comment could have been a hint but totally unintentional on my part. Regarding @foodonastump ’not a hint’ to floral but just ”state the possibility that she might not be familiar with it.” he was referring to Kellogg’s Sultana bran cereal - it’s what UK & Australia eat instead of Raisin Bran that US/Canada has. I had to look that point up. I had never seen the Will Shat commercial for Raisin Bran. That’s why I like these puzzles - I learn so many new things! Really! 😁

When it comes to partnership, do you like common interests, like music, activities, etc. Or do you prefer opposite sides, just for variety? I prefer the same especially in music.
