@Jeb zone 5, that reminds me of the time some decades ago when DH and I were staying in an old fashioned guest house, which served meals in a dining room. We were waiting for our breakfast when a cat wandered in and sauntered up to our table. I reached down to pat it, and when I stopped the cat reached up one paw to the table and accidentally tipped over my cup of tea, which gushed all over the place. Startled, the cat then took off, leaving me to explain to the waitress who came in with our food that "the cat did it". I'm not convinced she believed me LOL

@liasch....It was a required read in a book club I eventually quit! The premise for the book is an octopus is looking out for people...he doesn't know....and cares for them risking his own life...because we as humans are so ABOVE all other creatures he sacrifices himself and his own need to survive. THAT to me is a disgusting premise. Not just fiction...not just fantasy....disgusting self importance the reader is supposed to find endearing. We then overlook the silliness of the situation...because we like the outcome......a happy ending....
