What are you lookin' at?? What's the view out your window tonight?
Comments (57)I love the garden web community, it's so fun and helpful, thank you so much for playing on this thread! I'm loving every single shot. Everyone has such amazing views from iconic red barns to sweeping mountain views, I love it! Cook, whoa that's amazing. Chisue, I love your description, can you show us? Linelle, hehe. I'm with you, I can almost touch my neighbors, too. Do you get any pretty sunrises or sunsets out your windows? (You can see the neighbor's shed in the right corner of my cat window pic, but a cat improves any view.) I'm loving this, it's really really neat to wake up and see what everyone else is experiencing. It's a little bit like traveling. : ) Thanks!!!...See MoreWhat's view out your kitchen window on May 19th? Here's mine
Comments (21)mobuddy89, my understanding is that flies are attracted to the moisture from the eye's tear ducts. Some folks think masks are frou frou, but I'll never forget a herd of horses I stopped to snap a photo of a couple summers ago. This pretty paint mare came up to me, and her face was totally black, covered with flies like its own mask....See MoreLooking out your kitchen window
Comments (23)Well I thought I'd posted, but it seems to have disappeared. I'll try again. I snapped a picture through my kitchen window while standing on tip toes. My view encompasses various bird feeders and a bird house. This view provides us with year long enjoyment. The bird activity distracts one from the ugly fence. As I took the picture goldfinches were at the feeder, but just prior to that included a purple finch and the suet feeder had a hairy woodpecker. There are tree swallows nesting in the bird house. During the winter we use a larger feeder for the grosbeaks. As you can see, it is still spring here. The garden is mainly shade plants....See MoreCan you see hostas out your window?
Comments (10)Yes!..and I DO enjoy them from inside the house..years ago a garden author said that in their opinion more people should consider how their plants look from INSIDE their house..since then I line trees up on center from windows, create beds to align with windows etc.....See More- 9 months ago
