Comments (2)I personally would stay with the top recommended products. Blink is by e eye which at one time was a decent AV company but today there are so many more advanced programs available and most for free. I changed from AVG to AVAST some time ago and really like AVAST. I think you mean comodo rather than commando? If so I no longer recommend it due to some changes in their business procedures and who they are associating with. Comments (2)I have used one for over a year. Got great results. Felt better within a few days. It's important to use it in the morning. It will "reset" your internal clock so that seratonin is increased (evens out your moods) and the melatonin (what makes you sleepy)is suppressed during the daytime hours. There is a lot of research out there on this. It can be just as effective for treating depression (SAD)as an SSRI. I bought mine from Sunsation website. It is still working great. Customer service is fantastic. Worth every penny. I'll never give up my 20 minutes every morning with my lamp. Like you 60 degrees is about right for me. What dose of the gel are you on? Maybe you just need a slight increase. I would like to caution you about the Effexor. I read that it could help with hot flashes & asked my Dr for it. They told me that it is a nightmare to get off of it. I have since heard from others that are having a horrible time trying to stop that med. Gale...See More- last year
