Never been. Daddy was stationed in Adak though. If that counts ;) I'm using up vacation time, and we got up early to build VBS stage stuff. He's learned how to toenail screws, and only a quarter (he thought it'd be half of it) needed it, a board can be warped and still work well with cross supports, and how to alternate between pilot hole and drilling bits by keeping them on the drill. Although he's already built me a BEAUTIFUL sofa table, I'd like an end table, coffee table, night stands, and when he's really practiced a sideboard with doors and drawers. He's enjoying all the ideas, so yay!

Maybe you learned the equation as e^[i(pi)] = -1 That's how I learned it in high school, but I can't remember whether I was a sophomore or a junior. At this point, it is difficult for me to remember high school. In college I took theoretical calculus as a freshman, and we had to do a lot of proofs. After that, I took no more math classes and switched my major from physics to English and German literature. My physics professor as a freshman was Dr. Rorschach, the brother of the man who invented the Rorschach ink blot test. When I took that test as a freshman in college, my psychologist told me that the test revealed that I had repressed emotions, as I made no interpretations based on color; i.e., all my responses were based on shapes, regardless of the colors in the inkblots.

i missed wednesday so i'll go back to this photo. i woke up to pippin's nose just 2" from my own, staring at me and willing me to get out of bed. it's going to be a GREAT(dane) day!! 💞
