Funny, because we are in the process of picking paint for our soon to be finished basement. I picked Revere Pewter w/Chelsea Gray on one accent wall. I know homeagain has posted pics of her Chelsea Gray home office and Revere Pewter in foyer -- they look nice together in her pics. I was also considering Ashley Gray on accent wall (more brown, though). So, I'm interested in opinions, too.

You have too many colors already choose a color you already have somewhere else.

Would you mind posting a picture or three? Your question and conversation is our actual dilemma. I want Urbane Bronze on my basement theater wall. It's all new construction with extremely well lighted areas. However, I am struggling in choosing the accompanying gray that goes with it. Agreeable Gray is also, slightly too pinkish for my taste. How did the iron ore turn out? I am worried that it will look too black, rather than dark gray or charcoal.

Not loving the inconsistent look of this limewash, especially in a dark room with no overhead lighting. You are going to have 3 different grays - the limewash, the stone hearth, and the walls? You may end up wondering what is not quite right, like the people who do the all white kitchens and end up with slightly different shades of white on the cabinets, countertops and backsplashes who can’t figure out how to make it all work together. I would do the fireplace the same color as the trim, which will brighten up this room which needs a lighting boost, and create a bit more consistency. Also, using Romabio on indoor brick is a waste of money. Plain old masonry paint works perfectly indoors.
