No shutters for me please. A bright color door would certainly add color & highlight where the entry is. How about a compromise? Not barn red but find a nice brick red that really matches the roof, That might even make you like the roof more. Looks like you’re on acreage or at least ”property”. i would put in huge wide planting beds all along the front filled with evergreens & spring flowering shrubs. And I’d find a good place in front yard of house to add a flowering tree. Add a walkway from parking spots to entry. Just doing the landscaping will add so much to the house
