How much do you wish to reflect? Go find a floor length mirror in a department store and stand back as far as you would want to in your bathroom. Depends on the depth of your vanity. Have a second friend measure about how high that would be at 6'2" plus a bit. I don't think it would be good to have the top edge of my head in the mirror when I am standing in front of the sink. More above that. OR what do you have now? Do you want more or less? In a new bathroom more mirror is better especially when it reflects beautifull other stuff. (that would be YOU!) Ok I bought some ready made frames at hobby lobby so I can switch the prints out when I get bored with them. Does it look ok? I might add some green sometime, I've always wanted a snake plant. Something else in the room was bothering me & I decided it was the round rug. I'm wanting to add a rectangle rug & I really love the Celine animal print rug at Ballard Designs. I love it so much I already have it in my living room. Would it be to much to have the same rug? The rooms are divided a little but it's an open floor plan.

Thank you pal for those suggestions. They are both gorgeous. The chandy is polished nickel so we don't need chrome. I will try to find some less expensive versions of the ones you posted --- or wait for a very good sale. We are going to ask the electrician to leave us extra wire so we can adjust the height. We moved the box down to 7 feet 6 inches, but it can go even lower with the extra wire (or higher). It all depends on what we can find. Carol

I'd say art! You want to put it lower than your tapestry (which is great too!), seems a bit too high. Something brighter that won't fade into the background. You can always change pillows to go with the art, or blend the colors you already have. Just an example... Art is so personal!
