Not sure if pullouts on both sides is feasible or not. My plan is to have a recycling pullout on the left, and I keep a simple trash can, not a pullout, on the right in front of the GD. (This is a 36" cab.)

My previous faucet was a simple two handle one and I almost alway used my left to turn on the water - because that is the hot, and it often needed to warm up - for quite a while. If the faucet was on long enough to get hot, I'd add some cold with my right. In general, I got used to turning on the water with my left. Also, my old sink was a divided basin and I primarily used the right side (dish drainer in the left) and the faucet was turned to the right, and if the water was on, it was between me and the right faucet. I had to reach around the water to get to the lever. I thought about this before my new sink and faucet (one handle) were installed. My new sink also has the drain offset to the right. I knew I would tend to have the spout pointed to the right - so when the faucet is on, the water would be between me and the right side of the faucet - I would need to reach around the water flow if the lever was to the right. So, I opted to have the lever on the left - I was used to mostly using my left, and it is out of the way of the water. I also have it turned mostly over the sink - to keep drips in the sink. At first, the new handle was a little stiff. I would reach over with my right hand, and thought maybe I had made a mistake, but now it works great - just a little touch and I get the water on and at the right flow and temp easily with my left. We’re going for a right rear drain sink from them and I’m very sure I’ll be happy with this choice.

Thanks @eld6161 but I looked at all wayfair product, the one you show wont work cause the sink is on the left but the drain is not on the right of the centerline of the vanity by 3" @Jan Moyer inches matter, here where I am permit guys are crazy picky, my contractor got jobs not permitted twice because of a clearance of 28" and 29" and said he is not gonna take the risk anymore to then have to redo it. @vdcruise : I don't wanna waste the space below the sink (super small bathroom). So I definitely need a vanity with drawers or doors to store stuff. I don't understand why sink has to be big. I like to have some space to keep a nice toothbrush/paste holder, soap dispenser, and maybe another couple items you use all the time? Maybe I am missing the point, but why does the sink have to be big. As a man, I don't get it, but maybe I miss stuff girls do (maybe dye the hair, but do you need a bigger than 16" circular sink for that? S.uch as this beautiful one)
