I can certainly understand your fellings about my post. If you read my comments you will see that I try very hard to be honest and unbias. If you notice, I mention I believe Julian to be the best stainless sink on the market. I believe there is a post on GW from someone that mentioned that i referred them to Julian. I am an idealist and a realist. I joined this forum to "give back". If you were given the above photo would you not share it? My beef with Kohler was the reason I hesitated to put the photo up. I felt the negative comments that would come my way would be worth the good that might come from it. I realized that my effort might be misconstrued. My real concern is with products coming from China. I have quite a bit of good second hand information regarding SOME Stainless sinks coming from China that rust. I am careful to post what I believe are facts that can be backed up. I am not trolling for sales. I fact I am trying to figure out how to slow sales down, as we are uncomfortably busy. I truly hope your sink is of high quality and you are thrilled with it. I fully realize my passion for my beliefs can be misunderstood, so I will try to be more careful in the future with my posts.

Blanco has a couple of great silgranit sinks with offset drains. One is offset to the middle back, and one is offset to the corner in back. I love silgranit sinks. They never get water spots like stainless. They are quieter than stainless. They don't scratch like cast iron. Do a search at the bottom of the page for granite sinks, or silgranite, or silgranit. They are really fab! Oh, and pretty too with several colors available. The one I'm planning is the Precis with the middle back drain. It has a quilted bottom so water drains easier. I can't remember the name of the other, but if you go to faucet direct.com and use their filter search you should find them both.

we're planning this same set-up. I chose the blanco diamond super single because I wanted a single bowl sink with the drain off to the right side. We will also have a disposal and a hot water tap on the right. We planned it this way so we could free up the left side space for a garbage bin under the sink. We are planning for a rev-a-shelf double 35qt system which should fit perfectly. I'm waiting till our granite and sink are in before we do that though. On the other door I'm putting the rev-a-shelf sink base storage unit (holds dish soap, sponges..etc). My sinkbase is going to be jam-packed with stuff and it will hopefully make life easier. Joseph could better answer how important the 16 vs 18 gauge is in a sink. I am a sink novice as the Fromera is the first sink I have ever purchased; it is still in the box in the garage awaiting installation as part of a whole house remodel. I am crossing my fingers hoping I made the right choice.
