This is a larger view. I agree that the drum light calls for a table, although the drum can go. I thought maybe the buffet can be on the left wall ? That furniture looks neat on a white wall. And put an armchair on the right corner like the picture of Nosoccermom. But what in between ? This is the other side, the dining-room. I thought maybe the white furniture can go to the other side as I find it too bulky right here.

Hi Laura - How about TV on a low console very close to the counter/bar. You could put TV on a swivel base. Or you could do a long low console to run the full length of window wall. Put TV on right side of window (facing us) and use left side for bar items or dining stuff. If you put TV next to counter you would be able to see from dining area also, but on other side you could see from kitchen. I think the white linen panels and roller shade would look great. The War is Over picture above is another nice option - I personally would prefer having the TV on the window wall so you can actually see the TV from the couch without getting a crick in your neck. I also think it could look very cool.

I'd look at why the painting has meaning to your husband and build a gallery wall around that. Is your husband a veteran? If so is there any memorabilia that he might want to display? If it's the patriotic theme you could find a flag or other items to display in that vein. Or you could riff off the hunting theme in the artwork if that resonates with your husband. The painting is a bit small, but not a lot small. Two smaller items on one side, or four even smaller items with two on each side would make a nice grouping.

I see what you’re saying now,we just got these chairs to go in the living room. They’re 2 tone with a cognac colored leather back. Last night I said either we paint the whole house (not worth it) or leave the cabinets and try to work with it. The fact that this tile colder is throwing it off a bit. Considering a cognac colored leather couch like the picture 3, 4, 5. 5 being the most expensive of course. That picture was from the listing and was “enhanced” in a way to make the cabinets look more orange really.
