purshased entire zline kitchen. hood was damaged on arrival. they replaced it. range went out after 1 year they replaced internals. now at 2 years built in microwave completly went out. but warrenty is only for two years i hope they still honar warrenty considering all the issues i had. fustrating. oven does not heat evenly, burns easy, range flames to high, hood is loud. and now i hear about corbon monixide recall. uhhh.

I still love it. It is very sturdy and I really like the way it looks. The burners work well. It boils water quickly, but also does a very low flame for simmering. The layout of the burners is perfect and pots never feel cramped. The grates are very sturdy. I’ve used the proof function and baked bread that turned out great. I haven’t used the WiFi connection. My model is all gas, has 6 burners, front controls, a single oven and a storage drawer below. I highly recommend this range.

"Z line is abysmal performance and customer service." I needed replacement lights for my Z-Line and they are a b*tch to get hold of, then it took I don't know how long for them to even ship two lights - a couple weeks I think? I had to call on it because it was taking so long. That problem is solved with about $50 out of my own pocket because they thought 5000K hood lights is a good idea (it is not...) and I couldn't stand them, but what was never solved is the wrong size chimney was in the box -- it was too tall, and the box and instructions were clearly for a 8' ceiling. AAARGH!! Thank heavens I was eventually able to find a short chimney that is sized for 7-8' ceilings so solved the problem. I was too aggravated to call and raise a fuss that I paid for a chimney replacement when they are the fools who sized the original piece wrong. Yea -- that did cost me money but I just had to let it go already, I just got to the point I didn't want to deal with it anymore I just wanted it fixed so sucked it up and bought the thing myself.I like the look and function of the hood well enough, but yea it was a bit of an ordeal so don't know if I'd do Z-line again.

When I was looking for my sink, I heard from many to avoid sinks with zero radius corners due to the tendency for debris to get stuck in the corners. I was also advised that I needed to consider the degree of slope towards the drain and its relationship to the drainage of debris.
