I’d play around with some colors similar to the roof color before I committed to black, and Tricorn is a black black, it can be pretty harsh, especially on such large expanses.

I dont think the tricorn black shutters are quite right either. I would have picked a darker brown, close to the roof color. I would also put that brown on the foundation. I have a feeling that once you repaint the poles in the front, you will also be painting the eve trim, if you go with a darker color. It might be better to use the color of the trim and eves for those poles.

I'd do a earthy brown, possibly urbane bronze if you want dark. Black, as in tricorn will show pollen and dust and you will be hosing off the foundation every day just to keep it looking nice. sounds like work.

Thanks for the ideas everyone. My wife and I don't want to paint anything brown to match the roof, We don't like the brown we bought the house this way last year. I'm not opposed to maybe going for the light tan to match the siding & gutters. The roof is almost 20 years old and will probably need replaced in a few years so we don't want to commit to the dark brown theme. When it's time to replace we'll probably go for a black shingles.

Foundations aren't usually painted, and for good reason. It's not clear what the material is (stucco? concrete?), but whatever it is you'll just be repainting in 5 years. Landscaping would be a better idea to obscure the sloping foundation in the back.
