Saved gift wrap can easily be used for smaller packages the second time around. Ask me how I know (and the size of the stash of my decades-old ongoing saved gift wrap - ribbons as well, those do get ironed]. It all harks back to my ingrained Yankee thrift and frugality when our large family was strapped for funding for frivolities. It's so difficult to resist pretty gift wrap! But I have now resorted to using gift bags, which are also reuse-able, of course. And become part of the gift, often. Win, win! =)
