I think I would paint the window frame the same bright white as the rest of the trim. Second choice, window black and leave the rest alone.

The window frame is already painted the same white. I think it's just the lighting playing tricks on you :)

Since you have a white sink and toilet, you will always have white in the room. Start by painting the window trim and see if that's enough. Maybe your eye won't be bothered by the baseboard and door/door frame. Is that a vinyl window? If so, does such a window take paint well? I do like the look that palimpsest created!

Yes trim and window black. Stop the black paint on the door casing at the point where you can no longer see it from inside the bathroom.

The window is vinyl. Not sure about painting the interior slider part. The window casing IS currently painted the same white paint as the door casing and baseboards.

I would not. The floor is white; the fixtures are white. I would leave the window and trim white as balance. Looks nice as is. IMO, the black window rendering is heavy & oppressive.

Your powder room is very elegant. Looks great. As to painting the woodwork--hard no. The window looks like it could go either way. The white is stark against your paper but the black shown is sort of meh. Less is more, maybe just call it done!!
