Back in the '60s, Mom and her GF used to head to VT for a weekend each fall to see the leaves. They were driving and saw an old victorian home being torn down, so they decided to stop and look around. She came across a pair of stained glass doors and fell in love. She asked the guy how much he'd want for them, and he said $10! She bought them and they were stored in our barn for decades. One door is badly warped and has some broken pieces, but the other was in pretty good shape. We had it fixed up and set in a new door.

I’ve shown this quilt before. It’s currently in CA for a quilt show next month, then travels around the country for other shows.

This Mexican water jug sat on my parent’s phone desk for as long as I can remember. It was very different from any of their other decor. I now have it sitting on the desk in my kitchen. It’s about 14 inches tall.

I was thinking it was signed as in ”Love from Peggy” like in a book that is given as a gift. I guess it’s not as romantic as I had hoped.
