Engineered wood floor water damage

We bought a house last year and all of the toilets had leaked. We've replaced two with tile. The third is engineered hardwood. There is enough wood to repair the hollow areas. Visually there is no water damage to the floors (just the hollow sound).

We plan to remove the toilet to see what the damage looks like (if there's viable mold). If not, is it okay to replace the toilet and not tear out the hollow flooring OR do we assume since it's come unglued that it would need to be replaced?
