Exterior paint color schemes for florida condo

Gathering ideas for painting our single level duplex condos that have a stucco base and horizontal wood trim. Fixed elements are GREY architectural shingled roof, White garage doors and windows. Leaning toward a palette of greys, and possibly a nice light version of wedgwood blue as our community is named Wedgwood.

Leaning towards

2 color scheme for the stucco and wood trim as it will be most economical,
lighter tones that will be fade resistant,
classic, timeless and aesthetically pleasing as units turnover quickly as they are in a senior complex and painting is only budgeted for every 10 years or so.

We will also be in touch with local paint company designers, but know Houzzers have the best ideas. Sample pics will be most appreciated.

My preference would be one classic light grey paint on stucco and siding.

You own/manage the entire community? I would look at price and discounted colors within an acceptable color range first and foremost. If fading is an inevitable issue, go a bit dark. Clean, fresh and tidy go far in attracting renters. I do like your idea of using a Wedgwood blue, but it sounds like you will have to write a big check to get all the units done, so I would not get too hung up on it.

From the sectional - Blue water and sky out the window. We will add in complement color pieces too but to some extent, I think the travertine acts as major accent color in the room if we go with neutral colors and maybe one accent wall. However, the ceilings are 11 or 12 feet and I am concerned about an accent wall with that volume of color.

@jinx thank you! The first image you posted is where I got the inspiration for the Whitestone porch and Normandy siding. Just was hoping to go with a yellow for the door instead of the Rust but unsure if it actually goes well. So hard to tell from the little squares on the house!

I would continue the iron ore on the trim and very light warm gray on the siding. Are you thinking of board and batten when you replace the siding? Are you getting new garage doors. If so, think of styles with windows. I would remove the pine that is right by your entry and the evergreens along the center front. Get more of a variety of drought resistant plants. Here are some Benjamin Moore colors that I think would work on your siding.

"What of its features suggest Italianate, to you?" Low sloped hipped roof. Center wall dormer feature with a jerkenhead clipped gable. Vertical siding with a decorative bottom edge. Large open cornice overhang with brackets. 2/2 windows, not paired, some narrow. Paired entrance door. Bay window design. What's not chacteristic of the Italiante stye is the plain window head trim and the date of construction. The house is bit of a mystery but I would not be looking for Colonial Revival colors. I love gray but IMO a bit depressing in FLA where colors are so prevelent why not the Wedgewood type blue but just lightened with white trim How about Wedgewood Gray from BM and the white trim

BM Classic Gray is a light neutral.

The gray trend is done, so be careful about painting the whole development in an actual gray color. When we bought in FL in 2019 many houses we looked at had been painted gray to "update" them for sale. Houses with a Mediterranean inspired design do not look good in gray. Since we moved in, all those gray houses have been repainted to off-white ... the new trendy exterior color!

Thank you all. Part of a committee for our 90 unit community. Most cost effective to go with one color on stucco and wood siding but getting pushback. most popular option is one color for the stucco main body (white? Gray? Wedgwood Gray? Other?) and 2-3 complementary color options for the siding enabling each street to pick their own siding accent color for variety and interest. Specific Paint Color names # or strips would be so appreciated. TY
