Can I still seed? How much seed is too much?
Comments (1)Seeds sprout at different times, so it's possible that some are taking 3-5 days longer than others. I've had some take a month longer than others to sprout (albeit with grass that you're not likely to be planting). When do you expect your first frost? Fescue usually sprouts pretty quickly, so you can plant later than if you were planting KBG, but it's getting pretty late for a fall planting....See Moretoo much sun, lack water or too much water??echeveria black princ
Comments (7)this is second pics, actually I already moved it to this smaller pot and make the rootball exposed again to the air and put it back to the coffee table next to glass door in my apartment. I don't think this is too much water, it looks dry on the yellow leaves...is it stressed out because I moved it with too much sun? I thought echeveria like fuller sun...or maybe because I never water it thoroughly because of traumatic with all the leaves drops and rotten before? when it gonna grow new rossettes on the stem>? I read it will grow new rossettes head on the stem, is it true?? should I water it or just let it be...?? please advise soon...help...i dont want to lose this again...See Morerosemary leaves are turning black - hot weather - too much water
Comments (8)I have a very nice rosemary plant that I've been growing indoors for a while now and it's doing well...probably 8" to 10" tall and branching nicely...almost bonsai-like. I have been heeding the advice here....not overwatering. But I am also careful not to let it dry out. The tag for the care of the plant that came with it said that rosemary won't recover once completely dried out. When I have access to my desktop computer, I'll post a pic of it on photobucket. I also have had good success indoors with lettuce leaf basil, greek basil, lime mint and pineapple sage. I've plans to start some Kentucky Colonel mint indoors and some sweet basil. The lime mint and pineapple sage was just planted as an experiment. I had some cut and indoors in vase and they both developed very nice looking roots in the water, so I transferred them to a soil medium, and they did well. All my indoor plants are in clay pots like the one used by the original poster of this thread....See Morehow much is too much? how much is too little?
Comments (2)Thanks so much, Homebody! Although it has not ALWAYS been FUN, we have really enjoyed this house project. I hope your dream comes true very soon...and cannot wait to see pics of your home too! =) I have enjoyed hearing about this Beadboard Wallpaper. I am wondering if those of you who have used it think it will withstand the MAJOR moisture of our 2 young sons' bathroom??? Is this paintable so it can be sealed? I am worrying what the spattering and running drips of water near the pedestal sink will do to it over time if not 'sealed' with paint???? I am still curious about the 'rules' in my initial question as well as these points about beadboard wallpaper. Thanks for the input =)...See Morechispa
