sounds fine to me! women always need more space then men. my vanity area is 66" long and I'm thinking of putting in something like a 24" cab with a 15" drawer stack next to it and a 24" (or so) lower counter top to the left of the cabinet. something like that is great for putting on make up or doing your nails. neither of which I do much of any more!

Jugiegal, yes, our vanity size and layout is very similar to yours. I really like your choice of mirrors, I am an arch person and like anything that has an arch element. But, because the two mirrors would have been this size, my kids really wanted a large one. When the girls do their hair, or each other's hair, or their friends' hair (you get the picture, right? :)), they stand in the middle and use the counter for all their hair accessories, hair dryer, flat iron etc. So it is important to have the mirror in the middle as well. The mock-up mirror in the photo serves this purpose now. And for me, it is great because it keeps all the hair-related products out of their bedrooms. Lyban, there is tile between the sinks but the upper row of the glass border is not there.

Unfortunately, we've already primed the new drywall and have a single light electrical set up, so I think I'm stuck with a single mirror now based on the lighting. There also wouldn't be room for sconces on either side of the mirrors since the frames would be right next to the shower wall/bedroom wall if we had 2 so it wouldn't look as nice as yours!

You need to know the INTERIOR measurement of the vanity portion that will be used to accommodate the sink. Also where the plumbing drain lines are coming from, the wall?? or the floor?? If they come from the wall you will have to have enough space for the "p" trap. You also need to know what faucet you are using, deck mounted or wall mounted. To decide what sink to buy since you want undercount sinks they will have to be narrow enough to not interfere with the cabinet side supports, and shallow enough depth (front to back) to not interfere with the cabinet, leave enough countertop space in the front and enough space in the rear if using a deck mounted countertop. The depth of the bowl can vary depending on the drain configuration.
