Do you like Jigsaw Puzzles?
Comments (27)I order a lot of puzzles from Bits and Pieces Catalog. I order as many as 10 at a time and have them sent directly to my very limited income sister-in-law 2 states away. When she is done with them, I pick them up and do them. When I am done I pass them to a neighbor. When she is done, she donates them to the VA hospital. Another very good source is White Mountain Puzzles. Check out the link. Here is a link that might be useful: White Mountain Puzzles...See MoreOT .... Jigsaw Puzzles
Comments (14)When I set up a puzzle, it goes on my 48-inch round dining room table, and the secondary activity of eating takes place in the kitchen. I try to stick with 500-piece puzzles, but when I happen upon an irresistible 1000-piece one, like Reader's Paradise, I ill-advisedly add two leaves to the table. The Reader's Paradise puzzle became my Memorial Day weekend project, but even with the help of two other serious puzzlers, it has spilled over into the week - not yet completed. It has been a bear!...See MoreJigsaw puzzle enthusiasts.....
Comments (24)Dee, thanks for that link. I've been using jigsawexplorer.com, but this one is better. I wouldn't try the Heinz puzzle. I like a challenge, but that's just frustration. Since we've been at home, I have been doing puzzles from my in-laws collection. The one I'm doing now has a large area of sky that is just white. I cannot make any headway on that spot, and it's annoying!...See MoreWhat was the name of the online jigsaw puzzle site?
Comments (6)What is your device of choice to play puzzles? I do mine on iPad because it's so much easier, and I use a stylus. IMO, the best app is "Jigsaw HD." I've tried many apps and none come close to this one. I stumbled upon this video of the app because I wanted to show you the accurate pictures of some of the puzzles. FF to 1:53 when he actually begins. You'll see the main menu page and when you click on a picture you'll get a lot more pics in that category. Those are the free puzzles. You have to pay for other groupings of puzzles under "more puzzles." I'm addicted to puzzles of European cities, Croatia, Switzerland, and a lot more. Except I had to pay for those. Anywhere from $1.99 to $3.99 Moving a piece is smooth and that makes a difference....See Moresushipup2
