Pink Peppercorns—favorite recipes?

I bought them for a particular recipe. They're very fresh and tasty, but it wasn't a recipe I want to make again. The flavors took days to blend nicely. But they were out of the small jars, and the big one was way less per oz., as often happens, so I threw it in the freezer. I usually use these by the pinch. The recipe took a couple tablesppons. So I have this giant jar of fine pink peppercores (which are actually pungent berries, not pepper). It could just get lost in there until they die, but I'd like to use up more than a pinch here or there.
