Suggestion on connecting 5/8" tube to sprinkler

I have 4 pop-up sprinklers. They have a 1/2" female input on the side with a plug, or a 3/4" female input on the bottom (no plug).

I have 5/8" Rainbird tubing. Tubing outside diameter (OD) is 0.700 in, internal diameter (ID) is 0.600 in.

I'm having a hard time finding a way to connect the tubing to the sprinkler :-/ There aren't any 5/8" adapters available locally. I tried a 3/4" x 3/4" MNPT but it's too big for the tube, and of course the 1/2" x 1/2" MNPT is too small.

My time is getting limited, based on temperatures I'm probably gonna have to sow grass next week so I NEED to get these installed asap!

I found these 3/4" x 5/8" elbows, but the reviews are terrible:

I also found these 1/2" x 5/8" adapters that look better, but are very expensive! And they're not barbed, so I'm not sure how I'm supposed to prevent leaks:

AND I found this 1/2" x 5/8" Lasco, which is a brand I know... but it's out of stock :-/

Any other ideas or suggestions?
