Need help with a confused living room and breakfast nook
Comments (5)Hi Junco, thanks for the comment. We would just like a table for 4 or maybe a foldout that extends to 6. We see ourselves having a sectional couch and maybe one glider for the baby. The space is long, so we could picture having a couple occasional chairs and a table at the end of the space. or maybe something more interesting than that. The hallway leads to the powder room and garage and a storage space under the stairs (behind the media niche). here's the whole floorplan. We don't anticipate having any other living areas/dining areas. The grand room at the front of the house will be a creative space....See MoreDouble story living room - SOOO Confused!!
Comments (7)Pretty view. Do you need light control on the upper windows? What is your budget? Two story window treatments are very expensive. If you are able to keep the upper windows uncovered, you can still have a lovely room with nice, full panels or other treatments on the lower windows. Do you have existing furniture for the room? Will you be keeping the same paint color? What is your plan for the the fireplace area? I can see that you made some changes already, what are your next steps?...See MoreConfused!!!! House Layout/Combination Dining room
Comments (2)I thought of that, but then that other room would have nothing in it but a tiny futon, a guitar (hanging on the wall), and a small keyboard stand... and I already own the table and chairs!...See MoreConfused about living room colors
Comments (4)I think the blue chairs with the white couch will go perfect but for both options you have to change the color of the table.Either paint the table of use a table cloth with a runner .That too will look good. How about adding a rug since your place needs some more character and definition. colors like forest green, olive green, mustard are also some good choices for chair color if you want to add some fun to your space....See MorePatricia Colwell Consulting
