Comments (1)Could be mites or some other bug. Can you move it into the sun? Cestrum loves hot sun and lots of water. I would cut all the ugly off, give it plenty of water and let it re-grow. Cestrum resprouts from cutbacks very easily. Hopefully the new growth will be more attractive.
