All too bland and personalityless. Get classic Panton chairs in a great color. Or mixed colors.

Have you sat in the chairs you’re considering? i would do that first & if they’re not that comfortable I’d look elsewhere ( e.g., Room & Board, Crate & Barrel, etc ). i prefer upholstered dining chairs only.

Do you have a rug that the upholstery needs to work with? Agree that sitting in them is important, so you know they will be comfy and the right height for your table. I didn’t notice the seat height on those, but you don’t want to feel like you’re too short for the table or so high your legs touch the bottom of the table. I would also want to make sure the fabric can be easily cleaned with that light color.

Thanks for all the feedback. I sat in both and they are comfortable. Both fabrics are performance. I looked everywhere cb2, crate and barrel, room and board, tricca ect.just not sure which leg style. I will be getting a rug

Do you have your rug colors to see how the chair upholstery will work with it? They’re pretty neutral, so chances are that they will be fine, but if it was my home, I would want to put them together (in a mood board or in person) to make sure they work together and colors don’t fight with each other.

My choice would be #1, by far. I like the simpler leg style and think they’d hold up better (looks and performance) for the long haul.

I also prefer the softer, rounded shape of the chairs with the style of your table.

hahaha, Jilly,! I was just thinking that for me the rectangular back is preferred. And I’ve been suffering through too many posts where one writer’s opinion is paramount with other options wrong, bad, and foolish. Fortunately, I don’t fear you disparaging my choice.

Can’t let the ranters getcha down. If you weren’t here there would be far fewer solid, positive ideas and I’d never find the next Mona Lisa cat pillow. The OP in the tiny table thread has ML sans cat, poor sweet kittyless thing.

I need that pillow to pair with my Cowcat one. 😄
