Lighting a small bedroom where junction box sits over the bunk bed

Hi - I'm trying to figure out the best way to light a 140" x 80" bedroom, with 9' ceilings. We're redesigning the room for our tween, which will put her on a loft bed with hang out room beneath. The room is so small that our layout options are severely limited. We currently have a ceiliung fan centered in the room - but even a flush mount light will overlap any placement of the bed. What's the best way to deal with this junction box location issue? Might any track or cable lighting solution work without moving the unction box itself? Or would that put electrical elements right on top of our kid? Is the room small enough to use LED ribbons bedhing the bed and wardrobe? Any other ideas?

The room is on the top floor and there is a low cock loft above - but we'd probably be fishing through any holes we make in the ceiling - not enough room for a person to be above the ceiling in the cockloft. And we are not at all handy ourselves!

Thanks for suggestions.
