I love the velvet pumpkins! You found lots of colors. I didn’t realize it was a mirror until you pointed it out, I thought it was a pass thru!

The ceiling does look too low for tall posts. There are a lot of different permutations of upholstered beds. I don't think there is a right or wrong answer. But if you want to keep your nightstands, the one you posted a picture of doesn't fit with them. You would need to choose something more pared down.

A home office with multiple monitors can be set up functionally and design forward. If you measure your room and post a pic it will be easier to help. Like any room design project, put together pics of rooms you like. Doesn't need to to be pics of offices, just designs you respond to, color combinations, design style, window coverings, furniture. You will notice a design theme when you line up all the pics. Where in the room are you most comfortable? Corner, under a window for natural light, back to the door, facing the door. You get the idea. Stick with a three color palette, which includes the color of the desk top. With three monitors, you don't want color overload. Bring in favorite art and accessories to personalize your space by grouping like objects, whether color or subject or shape.
