I often come to this excellent site and usually receive good, thoughtful answers. This clematis was moved 2 years ago. It did beautifully in the former location but it had to move. The former location was about 2 feet away from the new one. Unfortunately. It has been doing poorly since I moved it - do not understand the problem. It bloomed with 5 or 6 beautiful flowers about a month ago and nothing showing for any more.
