I have a friend who enjoys books on Audible while she does work, cooks, mows or weaves.

She is always trying to convince me to listen to books.

I have tried and really didn't care for it.

When I pick up a good book and settle down to read, I feel like I am in a personal, intimate space where my imagination can engage and enjoy the story as it unfolds.

I listen to podcasts while weaving......but not books.

What is your preference ......an actual book or an audible book ?
