Hi Toya Ralston, In June, we installed Mannington Adura Max LVP - Seaport Sandpiper in our kitchen, family room, office, hallway, laundry room and master bedroom. We live in a one story on a lake and wanted something waterproof and I also decided I wanted more greys, whites and light browns, and it looks beautiful with our beachy/Coastal Decor. It has lots of light, medium and some darker variations of planks and really lightened up all our rooms. I truely don't see a lot of footprints or smudges on it, but it's just my hubby and I with two black cats, with occasional visits from family & young grandkids living out of state. I run a small vaccum every few days (mostly to remove black cat hair) and I damp mop it about once a week. So far we love it and we've not had any issues with it at all.

Thank you! I was choosing between Cool Classic and First Crush. I have seen photos of Road Trip online and that color looks good. I chose CC because they were lighter and I really wanted a bright, light space. But First crush is really good looking. It’s so hard! I bought a box of each first crush and cool classic and moved them all over the house to see how they would look at different times of the day. And cool classic won but it was a close call. They are similar.

i have samples right now in my house of finally mine, first crush, and at ease. At ease is definitely the most "warm," but it seems to have a pink undertone to me (it also has less crosshatching texture on it). Both First Crush and Finally Mine are more neutral, almost grayish--but both have warm undertones as well. I think they pull warm if they are next to more warm colors/cabinets, etc, and can also go a little cool if you have them near cooler toned furniture, etc. The main difference between Finally Mine and First Crush is that Finally Mine is the same exact pattern/texture, just a shade darker. The brown streaks/spots are a little more prominent. The painted bevel is a hair more tan on Finally Mine, and a hair more grayish on First Crush.
