Puzzle I borrowed from the library but haven't put together yet. I probably should return it as I don't typically work puzzles except in the late fall/winter. The library lends them out without a due date.

DH borrowed 4 levels of scaffolding, to paint the soffits. In the foreground is a bar of Irish Spring soap on my newly planted "Honey Crisp" Apple Tree. I planted 4. One has 6 apples on it already. The trellis to the left has Gold Flame Honeysuckle.

tsugajunkie, what is that smooth shiny shape on the lower right...is that a rock? It looks like petrified wood...

I had a salamander burrowed in an old horse poop pile yesterday.

Each time I uncovered him, he scurried to cover himself up again.

@nicole- likely a possum detected something delectable to go after.

@annie- thats part of a bromeliad leaf. Shiny as it had been raining.

Idea borrowed from yesterday.

I borrowed this vest (made in Thailand) from my brother for a Halloween party at Shane Black's house in Hancock Park (L.A.).

I often 'borrow' my grandog to lift my spirits. She likes to ride in my scooter basket.

Not borrowed, but rented - a hybrid car, a new driving experience for us.

I going with ”burrowed” too. A Kingsnake goes into a burrow to retrieve a turtle’s egg.
