Hello!

I'm new to planting gladiolus and I really need advice. I just planted them two days ago and watered them well. At this point, do I need to keep the soil moist, watering about 1" per week? Or, do I wait for the foliage to emerge before I start watering? In my zone of 4a, it's been hot (high 80's) and very dry. Thank you for any advice you can offer!
