I have a menu planned for next weekend when we meet out daughter's fiance's parents. I want to serve a lemon chicken dish - I'm going for light, bright flavours. I've tried a few and I have one that is a contender (it was one of the first meals I cooked for DH before he was my DH.) Just curious if anyone has a real winner of a recipe that really showcases lemon. By lemon chicken, I don't mean in a thickened sauce, sauce is fine, just not the thickened by cornstarch type.
