Why cable and why so many wires I need to see the wires for sure and also the placement of the TV

I wish I had a hole in the floor or a hole in the wall to shove it in !

I do not understand why those wires are all so far from the TV is this an aprtment or a stand alone home ? Ideally you have a cabinet below the TV that houses all this so I need a bit more . info.

There are cable management boxes that enable all the wires to enter but the box disguises all the equipment - you can buy them to blend with the floor, wall etc

What @la_la Girl said. Go to the Container Store or even Office Depot and buy cable management supplies so you don't have wires hanging out all over the place.

Thank you! I am not sure why the cable is in the corner of the room and we put the tv where we wanted it. My husband ran the big cables under the basement.::

Okay, I’m confused. What are all these wires to? The TV is across the room?

The internet box, the HBMI, thee cable stuff, internet , I know the large HDMI cable runs under the basement to that corner. Right outside this corner, on the outside of the house is the little Verizon box thing.
Sorry I am so bad at technology and terminology…there’s like two big boxes- for the tv and then the router , then all the wires that bring ithag into the house sit right in that corner

Okay, I wasn’t clear on that. With just a chair there, I think you are going to see everything and need something other than just cord management.

With small children, maybe some kind of a chest/side table to hold toys and games and the cords and you could have a lamp on it with chair next to it.
