Pictures of the room it’s in would be more helpful. Not sure if this is wall or floor tile.

There are probably hundreds of colors in that tile. I’m not sure I would match any of them, unless you want your room to look like a cave. Here are some options that may coordinate. Tell us what you’re thinking for the room so we know where to start.

Yeah, you need to work with your granite also, which is warm. Here are some ideas. You will want to sample the colors before buying a gallon. Simple White is a pale gray/violet which looks to me like something that will pick up the biggest color in the room (large format tiles). Diverse beige will likely look good with the countertop, but may make problems with the dark tiles. All colors look different next to other colors and it is more evident with bigger samples, so that’s why you really need to sample. I think almost anything will be better than the gold you have now. BM Revere Pewter will sometimes bridge the gap between warm and cool.

What do you think of PPG1023-1 oatmeal, got this sample from Home Depot.

They may both work. Oatmeal is a yellow beige so I think it would pick up your warm tile colors and possibly some of the countertop. Do you have sample pots or just small samples? If you have the sample pots, paint it on a poster board and hold up next to your tiles and countertop. The yellow may go very yellow next to the dark tiles, but you need to sample it on a large space to see.

Best to sample whatever you narrow it down to on large boards. The oatmeal may bring out the yellow in the mosaic tile, but you can’t judge how it will look until you put it on a large board - move it around the room next to the different elements. I think you will see a lot of yellow with the Oatmeal and peach with the cool concrete. That may work very well with the granite, though.
