While I don't have any pictures of the labels themselves, you will see them pop-up in a high number of pictures I post. I use discarded window blinds that I cut up with my chop saw. You can find them a thrift stores from time to time and I prefer the work with the light painted ones since those can be written on with pencil, which lasts longer than a Sharpie. You can just barely see that in this picture.
