Need help finding flooring to go with Taj Mahal counters in kitchen

I recently updated my kitchen counters to Taj Mahal and love them. I am keeping my maple cabinets, and almost everything I see online is white or painted cabinets and wood floors with Taj Mahal. For several reasons we have ruled out wood, luxury vinyl, and wood look tile. I am looking for a tile that is stony or traverine-y and larger than 12x24. I want it to be around a bone color to compliment the light tones in my counters and to be light since I have brown cabinets. My current floors are 18x18 creamish tiles that are damaged so I need to replace. I have a tile I think I like (Arizona Tile Unica Moon) and it comes in 24x48. Ideally I wanted more like 18x36 because I sense they are more homey and 24x48 is more contemporary, but I am just guessing. I would love input! Also, I have considered a light brick but don't want it to be too busy. Total area for tile (kitchen, breakfast, sitting area, laundry, half bath) is 950ish sf.
