Is there room on the wall across from the TV for some seating to face it? Sort of an L shape with the existing recliners. Try it with your loveseat.

For the small room, I would get a wall-to-wall daybed or sectional for lounging. Wallpaper the walls in there for a cocoon effect.

I would paint the sunroom, a nice bright citrus color, and add plants and a wicker or wrought iron table and chairs for an indoor/outdoor alfesco feel.

Lea, to help you could you post a sketch of this entire space with clear lengths of each wall, opening or window. Then, I can help space planning. It’s a very tough arrangement of rooms with very little wall space. How many people do you need to sit every day? Is there another room to have a TV?

Please excuse the mess, as I just removed my son's toddler bed from his playroom, as well as a side table. The dining room is currently under "construction" 

There is no wall space, just a big opening from one room to another so I don't know how to position these couches.

Still need a floor plan. Looks like a rabbit run of rooms but without floor plan with walls, windows and doorways shown it's tough to give suggestions

I have a living room with three double door ways and a large fireplace flanked by full windows so no walls at all to put furniture against. My sofa has to float infront of the dining room entry and had to be apartment scale aswell. I use easy chairs instead of a lovr seat and put a coordinating small sofa in my abutting sunroom that has served as a playroom and now a music room for kids.

Originaly I had a large pottery barn slip covered sofa that I loved and tried to make work but it was not made for older homes like ours. properly sized furniture changed how my home functioned so much! I think starting with new furniture might help.

Sorry but with all those photos that make the areas look all chopped-up can't make out what is where. I think a floor plan would help...
