A rock with a fossil that I found on the beach at Golden Gate Park in San Francisco back in the early 1970's.

This is probably a bit weird but squares bug me. I don't like how perfect they are. 99.9% of my pictures are of nature and animals and there aren't any squares in those things. :) But here is a monument that I shot for FindAGrave many years ago. The individual headstones had a lot of snow on them and wiping them off didn't do the trick so I waited and went back another day to take pictures of them.

Annie, here's an armadillo baby that came walking through my brother's yard in Florida, years ago. I was very close to it and it pretty much ignored me. It reminded me of a opossum in it's single mindedness of getting from point A to point B, wherever that was. I don't think they are interested in people, biting or otherwise. This one seemed pretty peaceful and very interesting to see. Oh and it's in the grass. LOL
