Hi Amy T Thanks for following us! The layout appears to work. For a double vanity and toilet you need about 9 feet of depth and the closet/bath combo as drawn needs about 12 or 13 feet of width. I'd consider a door between the bath and the closet, between the fin wall you've shown and the shower, just to try to limit the amount of steam that gets in to the closet a little. I am not a fan of wire shelving int he closet - especially the kind you have, where you can't slide hangers from one side to the other. as long as you are replacing, I would install separate rods, with shelves as needed. Having 2 rods in the left-hand side seems to make sense - it looks like you have more need for short hanging than long (dresses). Perhaps you could move the rods down a bit, so you can use the shelf up above - looks like your suitcase could fit up there, if you had a little more room. On the right side, perhaps put a rod for long hanging along the back wall, if 21" is enough. Position the rod to maximize shelving above or below - whichever you find more useful. In my DH's closet, I put his clothes rod as high as I can reach, with shelves below - it's very efficient use of space. On the right wall, you can install shelves 36" wide - that should give you room to easily access the hanging clothes. I would use boxes or something to determine how much access space is needed, so you can have shelves as wide and deep as possible. When installing shelves, make sure you put in enough shelves so you don't have to stack a lot of things. I have shelves that are just far enough apart for shoes; others are spaced far enough apart to stack a few pairs of jeans or sweaters. Nobody can help from those pictures. Nobody can help without a floor plan drawn accompanied by all dimensions. More importantly, it seems you are ripping/ hacking up a house with no plan, no architect, no nothing . Not a great idea. Get an architect on board for the best result. ..........along with a certified KD/BD.

Hi everyone. Thanks for the comments/questions. I've uploaded a pic with actual current dimensions. The door must remain on the current wall (which leads to bedroom), and we are keeping both windows as previously mentioned. I wont be keeping anything in the below layout other than the windows so I don't believe dimensions of my current bathroom fixtures are required. I cannot extend the bathroom in any way so the space in the diagram is all that we have. The door can be moved left or right as needed. I am open to removing the tub if the layout is much better without it. Ideally I would like to have a tub (64"x33"), steam shower with bench, double vanity and toilet, and a comfortable walk in closet. I am open to having the closet entrance through the bathroom, as a passthrough, or a door into the bedroom (as it currently is). Note that we will be removing the large corner tub and replacing the vanity, shower, etc. with new fixtures.
